Season passes are valid from until 31st September 2024.
The pass is non-refundable.
Aviemore Ice Rink retains the right to close the rink at any time for safety reasons and mechanical failure. Aviemore Ice Rink reserves the right to change prices and services at any time.
The pass must be carried at all times by the pass holder whilst using the facilities. Routine spot checks will be carried out and the pass must be shown upon request by a member of staff. Supporting identification documents may be requested by staff on request.
The pass is non-transferrable. In the event that anyone other than the owner uses the pass or attempts to use it, the pass will be confiscated and may be forfeited.
Aviemore Ice Rink must be notified of loss or theft of the pass immediately. Duplicate passes will be subject to a £5 administration fee.
The facilities are used at the pass holder’s own risk. Aviemore Ice Rink accepts no responsibility for injury, loss or damage. The pass holder has read and accepted the acknowledgment of risk, indemnity and waiver and accepts these conditions.
The pass holder undertakes to observe and adhere to the rules of the rink as they may be varied from time to time.
