These introductory sessions are open to all ages from 7 years and over and provide a brilliant opportunity to learn the basics of curling or just come along and practice your slide.

Curling is suitable for all ages from 7 years, all fitness abilities and most importantly is lots of fun.
Here at Aviemore Ice Rink we can accommodate groups of up to 50 people for Curling sessions.
